Is it possible they bought the houses before restrictions were in place, and manage to meet the criteria to never lose them?

If you owned multiple houses before the restriction, I'm pretty sure you got to keep them. I'm not sure if that was retroactively enforced lately but that might be some of the issue. Because some people are probably grandfathered in at this point. But if there's multiple service accounts then you can pretty much bet that person is involved with RMT/botting. Especially botting--because that's the bottom rung of RMT activity right there.

well I'm not saying ban them from having a house realm wise because thats a extreme form of it because houses are not linked to the realm they are linked on the worlds themself even crossworld cant get it through that method (are so ive been told) So the best solution is add a limit by world on the account so you could have other fc houses on the realm just not on the same world.

By realm, I mean a singular "world" as it seems you refer to them. So in my case that realm is Twintania (part of the Light data centre), and in your case it's Leviathan. What you call a world I call a realm, and what you call a realm I call a data centre. Although both on the forums and in-game, what I call realms are referred to as worlds but still, I'm used to calling them "realms".

Oh its them, i also wrote a ticket about this ages ago but SE just dont care. They are basicly all different FCs, owned by different Chars using their name + numbers like (01,02,03), using the same tag. So technicly its ok with the TOS even if everyone can see that its just one FC. SE just dont gives a shit about stuff like that or they would allready have done something about that years ago.

There's a house that does this next my FC's house. Nothing outside and locked at all times and is labeled more to keep track of it. Some people do this to turn airships/subs as retainer ventures. Should it be okay? I would say no, but there's little to no way for Square to keep track of this sort of thing. It's a pure abuse of a loophole.

You cannot be master of two different FC with housing using characters in your same service account and server.

I see what you are saying. Yes they are checking that for purchase of actual land, but yea not for an FC. What if a leader is absent too long though and leadership is moved on to the next person and that person already owns another fc house? Do they just move it to the next person on the list then like the other poster said? I mean yes that would make sense, but I don't know how that would work with SE's programming. Yea I bet they could check that, but would it cause an issue to just move it on to the next person? I'm not a programmer so I don't know how all that works. But you would think they could do something.

From a coding perspective, it does seem to be difficult to screen people from "inheriting" multiple properties when original owners drop from the game. To make this inheritance more rigorous (i.e., making the coding easier), the following would probably work:

1. For any property, make it a requirement that a successor be designated.
2. However, a successor is invalid if their account already owns property.
3. If a successor was previously valid and designated, but then subsequently acquired property, then their previous designation as a successor is invalidated.
4. When an owner drops from the game, and there is no valid successor, then the plot is placed on the market.

this is 1 page only, and that person got many MANY others houses, in every "page" and even in other city

after some digging, i discovered that said person is "renting" hes house for gils 2M, 3.5M, 5M (what i ve been told)

im somehow fine with ppl doing buy/re-sell house (even if i disagree with the giganormous price they ask ...) but that !? having nearly 50+ house owned by a single person in a server yeah no !

Sadly, there are multiple people on multiple servers that own whole wards, half words, all the larges in one housing area, or have a "housing portfolio" full of plots they have purchased on alt characters. And they are ok with this while boasting to others about it (while these others praise and congratulate them for owning so many or having good plot combos in said wards).

I wish these individuals would have some consideration for those that would like to own a personal/FC house but are unable to because one player feels the need to own an entire ward...

But ya know, apparently it's all fair in love and housing...

Isn’t it against the rules? At least players selling plots are against tos. So yea if you can confirm they are selling the plots to players, report them
