Wouldn't exactly call it common. When I did my Anemos weapon + armor set a while ago I saved all my lockboxes and only opened them after i finished all parts and I got maybe 2 horns from a combined 3.500-ish boxes.

A couple hours, had to run between the Lockpick at the dock and the retainer/trader area so many times. In hindsight, it was a poor plan and I suffered the consequences.

Nah it's not tradeable because the Anemos drops for the mounts were unique and it's entirely RNG based.

Like I said earlier I opened about 500 til I got mine, meanwhile I got my dodo from HoH on my second plat one.

It's all RNG, it's just magnified in Anemos because it contains the only mount earned through lockboxes you can't trade.
