No endgame, recycled content, needing a party to do content in order to be solo, there's no point in having BLU, it dies off way too fast and has no shelf-life compared to the amount of time it takes to do it. The only thing that changed is that there's rewards for doing old content but there's less people that would be able to do it than Ultimate, which again is another retention problem of BLU, so it's a heavily flawed and confused design that SE tried to band-aid fix by making it rewarding doing old content as BLU but it still boils down to recycled content and no real purpose from it.

endgame is collecting spells/arena/completing your log and doing boss fights in bluemage parties, you can level and do the story solo since overworld enemies give the most exp, there has been lots of parties on pf doing bluemage content, you just have to wait for all ragequitters to leave so you can properly train but that happens with all content and is the reason why I stopped raiding because it's so annoying to wait for the party to fill multiple times.
