Much Needed Hotfix for Frontline PVP.

forced freelancer for all coming with 5.18 if I understood Yoshi correctly during the live letter. Sounded like they initially planned to add this with 5.2, but decided to push it forward since GC stacking kill trains are too much of a problem. Also a nerf to Ninja, and lowering the points you get for kills

I'll wait for 5.18 then. I love playing Frontlines but I only like to Freelance, but I either get stomped by a team abusing the system or my team is a bunch of people who think being on a certain team = we will lose so they refuse to do anything.

If you are asking to put everyone on free lancer, you are asking to be carried.
You are bidding on randomness to have more veterans on your side.
No one is abusing the system, it is veterans not willing to carry people who are not here for PvP but for reward only.
They are simply going back to old way before allows people to play as 8 men party.
It was a right S/E gave to people who PvP because they want to PvP but that right was taken because of people who PvP for the reward.

No, it means that the "Veterans" get scattered throughout the teams, and they can't steamroll the other two teams to get the mount faster (so it's ok when they're making the mode a pain in the ass to play for rewards? lol nice bias)

Played one game against the Flame stacking group yesterday, yeah, no thanks. Even if I got on their team after that, I'd just leave. Shit isn't fun either way. It's annoying that they're the reason that people won't even be able to group, soon.

The state of Frontlines in Light Datacenter is out of control. Everyone decided to stack in the Adders and now the other 2 Grand companies wont even try.



This is about every game in Frontlines now, most games end in 6-7 min.
Even if you would want to win you couldnt. because when the freelancers land in Flames or Maelstorm they wont even try to win.

The mode is just unplayable for anyone in the other 2 grand companies trying to win because most of the players will just afk/ give up when seeing where they landed.

It was the new Battle High system manifest the issue of premade; not actually the que system itself
There is simply no way to reset the BH target like it used to be under this new Battle High system.
It was so easy to get a stack without actually killing.
All you need to do is charge in as group and use your AOE move, then put focus sign on lowest hp target and burn it down.
This resulting entire 8 men party with at least 20 to 30% filled gauge fairly easy.
The amount of potion healed is also impacting by the percentage of gauge.

Let me ask the question, who made complaints about the old Battle High system?

did you scoop your brain out and toss it in the trash? Premades dont even play the game how its supposed to be played. they just farm BH and run a train around the map. What is the skill I need to hone in pvp to do that?

The people who complains about old Battle High and guess what? New Battle High only further gap the new people and veterans.
The people who complains about 8 men que and guess what? You push people to the corner and they are going back to the traditional que method.

I made comment based on the context of his statement; in which he clearly does not understand the core issue

It may sounds like I am defending premade; but I am honestly a lonewolf.
I played against premade most of time and only play in one on some rare occassions

No premade can dominate this mode if everyone realized the fundamental reality: number > skill in a small map with 3 GCs.
It will not be an issue if the Battle High will be reset upon death.
This new BH system is SE care bear the new players without realize it only further gaping them.

I can't see how this is fun for anyone involved. They keep revamping pvp, but people just figure out new ways to abuse the system and ruin the mode for everyone else. I won't be playing until the next changes come in, but I doubt it will affect the people currently doing this.
