Yeah this happens on Chaos (EU) all the time. "Tank in need" 3-5 minutes of waiting. Then I switch to Healer and I get an insta queue while forfeiting the bonus.

I am not about to scream conspiracy from SE but... There is certainly some inacuracy regarding what role is in actual demand.
