Can we get an expansion on the amount of slots we can use for decorations?

I have a medium and was actually done after I set up 200~ items and then started running around to drop items left and right just to add details and to fill in the item slots. Personally I think 300 items is pretty good for a medium. I do agree however, that 400 is not enough for a large that has almost double size.

Lately a lot of people start custom builds on everything. I can agree on the items that we don't have - if you have a desperate need to have a fridge, a toaster or a telephone - however, when you want a full medium house only with custom builds - custom chairs, custom chandelier, heck - custom ceilings... Yeah, then you are running out of items quickly. I would love to see more builds that actually relay on the many items we already got from SE than just abandon them.

I would kill to have like ~50 more slots for my medium to be honest. I'm rather detail-oriented so my house could use a lot of bells and whistles here and there. It would be nice to have the free slots for holiday decorations without having to replace anything.

I have a small, and in currently riding 184/200 after my last renovation. Having 100 extra items would honestly be perfect, as I love collecting the plushies and a lot of the miniatures, like the airships and a few of the Primals. I don't have a lot of space left making it look good. And I'm in a small! Honestly, at least mansions need like 600 for the sheer size...

I am absolutely behind more slots. I try my best to split my items to an even 100 per floor (I have a medium), but it's a struggle. I respect loading issues, but I can't imagine an extra 100 across the board would be too harsh on the servers.

Though yeah, I feel for the folks who have mansions. I've decorated them before, and those things can echo. And you can forget details like tabletop items and such for the most part. Those guys definitely need a solid doubling of their slots rather urgently. 100-150 would probably do everyone else fine though.

I would honestly pay a gil sink just to gain access to more item slots for any/all decorating spaces. They keep adding more and more amazing items, but at this point, most of us don't have anywhere to put them without sacrificing other items we want/need displayed for our designs.

I 100% agree with this. I recently upgraded from a medium to a large and I feel like I have to be very careful to not add too many details It looks a bit empty and I've filled about 305 slots so far...

I didn't have as many issues when I had a small or a medium house. But it wouldn't hurt to add some more slots to those too

My solution was to wall off the entire bottom floor. Sure, it's a giant chunk of unused space, but I didn't want to feel limited like I did prior. I recently relocated so I'm slowly working on refurnishing.

You shouldn't have to wall off areas and I know that happens a lot with mansions. They need to add more slots. 200 slots for a small is pretty good but the mediums and large houses should have 400 and 600 to compensate for the much larger areas that require decorations.

I even did this with my medium after relocated there from a small. Then I used over 40 items to decorate the area where I walled off the stairwell and I was like "what am I even doing" lol. In the end it didn't actually save me that many items. I think it ended up looking pretty nice though! I can already see I'll run out of items before I finish. I'm at 180-something and I haven't touched to top floor.

Fully support this idea!

300 for Small, 400 for Medium and 500 for Large. Just keep it simple with adding 100 more slots for each size.

Why stop there?

For Outside Decor Slots:

30 for Small, 40 for Medium and 50 for Large. Add 10 more to each.
