I'm still not sure this would help. The instance will still get congested regardless if it was wanderers or not in it. People will still get locked out during the FATE time. Furthermore, if the timers happened to be at times you're not able to play, then you'll miss it completely with no chance of doing it for a long time.

But, let's wait and see how things will go for now.
