I believed it was only used for Final Fantasy X-2, and nothing else.

Also how about having Mascot as a limited Job? Reason for it being we got a lot of Mascot costumes in this game (except a few which are just costumes like the Pig Outfit). It would be neat to see those costumes being reconfigured to be battle outfits besides just being glamour.

Mascot based on its FFX-2 counterpart would most likely have to be a limited job due to there being 3 versions of it under 1 name.

I do not want more limited jobs, the current one is bad enough ty.

Psychic though now that could be a full job flinging random objects with Telekinesis or doing a good old mind crush :P

Personally I just want Time Mage and Necromancer. But not limited!

Since people aren't going to entertain your idea (like that's a surprise), I'll give it a try.
Mascot can be a limited job, but what would its quirk be? BLU has Masked Carnival and other possible jobs like BST can have a Monster Bank to place and raise collected pets. PUP could have its workshop to customize its puppet into whatever the master wants (looks, abilities, roles, etc.) and maybe an arena to challenge other PUPs (who doesn't like robot fights?)

So far it collects costumes? So a...wardrobe? Not very exciting.

Psychic was a weird job in X-2. It had some telekinetic moves (some that killed monsters in one-shot) and enjoyed teleporting around to get a damage bonus. I guess it could work as a standard job since it's a fairly underrepresented job with no set identity that can be molded into whatever you want it to be. Maybe even mesh it with a little bit of Time Magic for added flavor.
