I had a friend join in on a pre-made alliance for this. She told me about it. She was paid 1 million for helping and passing on the glamour at the end. I didn't want to go because 1 million was not worth wasting my time in there for something I couldn't have a chance at.

When I grew up Video games where essentially get good or go home. You either did it yourself or you were just a spectator.

As such I also discourage selling runs. It just makes you an enabler for other people calling themselves "gamers" to be lazy resulting in the game being filled with more people that you're probably going to complain about later when they end up in your EX and Savage queues.

I actually joined a pre-made alliance for the Copied Factory thanks to the Primal BA Discord a week back and we saw fit to make sure everyone got the coffers. I do thank them for that and taking the time to set it up.

Was really fun and didn't cost anyone a dime. How things should be.

Well, technically you're right with not paying because you can have it for free, but at the end of the day it is a trade-off between time invested on RNGesus vs. invest Gil. Also, being lucky has nothing to do with player skill, so the "cheat" comparison doesn't hold, this would hold for Savage or Ultimate Content, yes, because you can influence the outcome (your players skill in accordance with your social skill for successful pugging and/or group building), but you cannot influence a dice roll, circumvent something which includes no skill is fine.
Also, the mentioned players were able to bring the carry fees, which have to be earned also, so I guess they have the skill how to make gil in the game, e.g. crafting. Is some of the butthurt in here, because you were unlucky and had to spam it like mad?
