For me: Mizzteq for guides, Mr.Happy for news/podcasts, Meoni for glamour/pet stuffs, and Larryzaur and Zepla HQ for comedy.
Oh and of course, can't forget Mekkah Dee for listening to FFXIV music.

they all quit and started to stream boring content with no editing for easy money, so I stopped watching them.
Mr. Happy for the SOTR podcast, Meoni for glamour/minions/Gold Saucer Stuff, Mizztek for Dungeon/Raid Guides, Larryzaur and Zepla for comedic aspects of FFXIV and Frosty for his Mogtalk Podcast.
Desperius. He does very good job discussion videos from rotations to min/maxing.
Came across another channel called Work to Game, but not a fan at all. Something about those two bother me.
The ones others mentioned are good, especially Ethys.

Mr.Happy, but seems he doesn't do youtube guides anymore...
He met Yoshida in person though..so there's that. Mr.Happy gives detail and tries to leave nothing out, which is exactly what I like about him. He is long winded, which is a dying breed in this day and age where people like to cram all their thoughts into 2 words.I like Mizteqq, imo her guides are awesome, straight to the point, her voice is nice and clean and i can understand everything she's talking about ( i'm not a native english speaker ), there's tips in text lines and a good visual edition. Graehl is another one that i like too, for the same reasons that Mizteqq.
I don't like Mr.Happy channel because he don't stop talking and talk too fast, mostly about trivial stuff, while everyone takes 5 min to do a guide he takes 20 min for it. I don't like his voice, the way he talks, his guides are visually poor as well, rarely a text or a pic. He's popular and that's it.

I mostly only watch Meoni's stuff because I really hate group content, and he's covering the non-combat stuff that I usually do (as has been mentioned, Gold Saucer, glamour, pets).
If I absolutely have to do a group thing to progress the MSQ (blah), I'll go to Mizzteq because I find her info to be the most clear and informative. Her robotic voice kinda weirds me out though, tbh.
Larryzaur, that is all.
Thanks for the link I'll check them out!
I prefer MTQ for guides. I try to avoid Meoni - the super crazy deep and VERY slow voice puts me off, but unfortunately he's the only one really summarizing info. I really like Game musings with raziel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAX...D1eUYQZiv6k6DQ).
Personally, if a video is over 10-15mins, unless it's a big chunk of content (breaking down lore / live letter / etc) I generally pass on watching.
It'd be amazing if we had a Dulfy for our community. A player that put pictures and summaries of everything in the game basically. http://dulfy.net/
Not to get off topic, but it'd be better imo to have a Dulfy site so it's just quick and reliable. I can scroll the page, not have to commit time to watching alone. Just me though... maybe I should do it! Haha... if only I had time T.T
[EDIT] I totally forgot! Lalaproductions!

for me, it's Shizurin and VTuber of light Kalmia
For general content vids I just watch speakers and the frosty TV episodes that aren't about raiding meta. And as far as video guides go, the only ones I found actually good are those from Graehl. But sadly his last one was for Seiryu ex.
Yea but he hasn’t uploaded anything of note since before shadowbringers came out. Weird considering him and happy are the two biggest for YouTube numbers.
I’ll second Desparius and his job guides. His Blm ones are a win since he puts Ardyn (Ffxv) voice overs in the opening.
Same with Frosty and his podcast if you like podcasts (on YouTube though) for travelling to work or whatever
