Even the Warrior of Light has flaws. We got people jumping off other people's swords... and you think the Warrior of Light, master of All jobs and trades, Killer of Gods and Deposer of Kings, Dimension crosser, Future seer, who has cheated death thousands of times.... is gonna need to wibble wobble step over a thin bridge?
WHERE IS THIS KETTLE EVERYONE KEEPS INTRODUCING ME TO?
Eh, i could see it applying to our NPC allies, but not the WOL.
I just can't see poor balance being an issue for us.
But i absolutely could see, say, Alphinaud getting tripped up by such things.
Ya'll realize this is some (really fine) bait, right?
Dohn Mheg?
Why stop there? Enforced limited ammunition to MCHs and BRDs and limited heals for the healer! After all, utilizing magic takes lots of time and concentration and any savvy healer will be exhausted! You can't carry all the bullets/arrows in the world you know? Prioritizing your shots and simply running away from the rest is not only ideal but realistic! I hope SE sees this and starts laying the layers in 6.0!Respecting the content is highly important, I feel. I've noticed that even when a character within this great community is crossing a narrow bridge or a fallen pillar they run across it as if it were nothing.
I propose that to increase immersion such situations brought about a new active time event in the form of enforced walking. Perhaps if your character fails to walk in the correct balanced manner they risk falling off and dying? I think it'd be a great way to make duties more engaging and dangerous.![]()
no thanks, 10char
