That's nothing new though. The game itself does the very same thing and continuously undermines the efforts of people who do basically anything remotely challenging. Hell even question the legitimacy of a coil clear and final witness title...

Why do you think people get bored so fast because there efforts essentially amount to nothing..

Isn't much more demoralizing and demotivationg than seeing your efforts be for nothing.

Content progression trivializing most older challenges is a natural part of any MMO, but this achievement requires level sync and is thus always a challenge regardless of when you decide to do it, not unlike the ultimate trials.

Only if you assume other people beside the tittle holder care about it. Idk about you, but I can't remember myself ever stop and admire for even one second when I run across people with certain tittles. It's called 'vanity' for a reason. If people do it, they do it for themselves.

People do care, when the first non-RDM solo potd was complete it was news.
A SAM recently made it it was also fairly big news.

It's unironically the hardest content we have. It's the most gratifying to complete.
I've tried multiple times, and look forward to when I can put some time in to trying again.


Paying for it is disgusting.
