Could we get more healing gear that has pants?

I'd like SE to give the robes proper physics so they don't stand out as if propped up with a wire or sth. making the character look pregnant.

A robe should be flowing not protruding.

Yeah, this so much. I´m a male; im not pregnant and i don´t have wide hips.
