Starlight Boxes, 2017.

I already tried to look for the items, and no, they aren’t on the market board. They’re only accessible with the event items “Powdered Sugar”, not “Starlight Box”. And, again, I didn’t know back in 2017 that I had to give the items to an NPC. If I could trade them for Powdered Sugar, then that would be nice. But I don’t want to give the boxes up if there’s a possibility for them to be traded.

The mogstation is not the marketboard, it's the FFXIV cash shop that takes real money. Early event items were made so they could be traded on the marketboard, but once SE began really pushing the mogstation, they started making event items untradable.


If you absolutely need a response from actual SE staff however, in-game (because a staff response here is rare) go to System > Support Desk > Type "GM" in the bottom search box > Choose "How do I contact a Game Master?" > Click "File Report" > Fill out the form and click "Finish"
