REMOVE THE HOUSING TIMERS!!!!!

I think the worst part about the plot transfer is that I've seen people purposefully jump around with this system to troll people camping plots (I had it happen several times to me while trying to get my FC house after moving servers). The wait to transfer plots is way too low and should probably be increased to prevent this kind of thing.

I brought that up before in this thread.

There's also a reason why my forum sig is what it is. The plot timer really does need to be removed.
