My Final Fantasy FXIV 2012 Youtube Video Review

No problem. I'm putting together the review in text and editing the OP. That way it can be read opposed to watching the video if that's preferred =] I see the Youtube version as a way to reach out to the world, not just the current player community - although I want The Lodestone to have my nicely polished written review.

Is this a review as a new player or have you played through more content then your sig leads one to believe?

However, you should post this on a site like mmorpg.com or massively forums (or submit it as a user review or blog post on one of these sites).

I'm not sure this is the best place for a review as everyone posting here plays the game themselves and likely doesn't need to be told whether they should like it or not (ignoring 90% of the posts on this forum trying to do just that).

Remember, I was only noting the consensus of complaints from people abroad. I started using my point of views when I stopped using 'past tense'.

I understand. That's why I put together the Text Version. As I noted I wanted to use Youtube as a means to reach out to everyone. I'm gonna be posting both versions on key sites.

I could recommend this game to everyone in the world, and possibly everyone in the world would try it, but atleast 50% wouldn't make it passed the third party payment system. Then you have the actual game to scare the other 49.7% off. And then we're left with the .3% diehard SE fans and 2.0 hopesless romantics.

7 for gameplay o_O oh well I wouldn't have gone that far. 5 or 6 at best because the battle tweaks haven't really made fighting more fun yet.

Also storyline is a mess at this point so I wouldn't praise it too much unless you're not used to better written games as a whole.

This game would be better if it didnt require you to level up alot of classes to share abilities. This is mainly why people don't like grinding.
