Multiple FC Houses!

Some FC's have members roll alt chars and those make micro FC's with matching tags. Every account is currently allowed ownership of one personal house and one FC house per server but some accounts are still grandfathered in and get 8 houses per acct per server they already had.

Only the personal house restriction is still in place. The FC house restriction was removed for whatever reason.

IMO SE needs to do something like set a deadline where all the extra personal houses on your account will be demoed and then do a cash out for the personal houses so at least the player can pull the decorations and sell off the property for whatever SE determines the plot to be worth. Doing that would help a ton with the housing situation as the personal restriction is a step in the right direction, but SE needs to even the playing field there.

I have heard that it was screwing over some legitimate micro FCs where someone would stick an alt in a friends FC, and then the FC couldn't buy a house. IMO SE needs to add an FC autodelete policy for the FCs that fall below four members (total number of players needed to create the FC), but also have a grace period on the FC so someone has enough time to fix the problem without their FC getting deleted. That also ties into the FC workshop being FC only (which neither should be IMO). The other thing SE needs to do is make all new FC company tags unique, as I really don't see a good reason why there should be two FC company tags that are identical.
