1. You don't need to break the bank to play on PC. There are some perfectly acceptable PCs out there if you shop around that will meet minimum specs and perform at least as well as a console for the same price range. You may not be able to crank up the graphics, BUT with PC you can swap out parts later as you can afford them - something you can't do if you box yourself in by getting a console. So maybe you get a min spec PC that you can afford now, and then a few months later you can splurge for that better graphics card, just open it up and slot that in!

2. There seems to be this inferiority complex going on regarding jobs. I'm not doubting min wage jobs suck. But it's temporary - as you get older and work on career/school/marketable skills you will move on and be able to afford nicer things, it's how it goes. (And if you aren't moving along, maybe ask yourself how you're prioritizing your time and work/life balance. MMOs are a great hobby but don't let that come at the expense of your career.)
