I have been trying to get the Gaius card since the release of Triple Triad. I usually manage 10-20 matches a day before giving up for the day. I have earned over 3 million MGP from the NPC and have not once seen the card. Acquiring blue magic and advanced melding of materia is in a similar state for me as well. So, could an upper limit for all RNG based systems be added to the game?

With the war on Garlemald in full swing, will there be any additions to Grand Company armor for those who like to represent their Grand Company? Maybe something along the lines of the Allied Seals gear?

Will the Falcon mount ever be acquirable again?

Will there ever be a version of the ranked pvp rewards that I will actually stand a chance of receiving? I understand that they are given out as a reward to entice participation in ranked pvp but is it not similar to primal and raid mounts? The primal and raid mounts are supposed to be a badge of honor for those who receive them but they are always available and can eventually be done more easily in a unsynchronized environment. Shouldn't the pvp rank items follow a similar mindset?

Due to the "housing crisis" that is affecting the North American data center in particular. You have already made it clear that it isn't sustainable on your end to keep adding more wards. Therefore, can we expect house prices to go back to what they were during the release of patch 2.1? Obviously there is too much gil in circulation and the level of entry is so low, that anyone and their moogle can afford a house at this point even though it was released as something extremely difficult to obtain.

The animation for Monk's Dragon Kick is so cool; can we please get more Monk kick attacks/animations? There are already so many punch animations, and a lot of them aren't as cool

Is there anyway we can get a bit improved character customization? Standing out and looking unique is super important to people. Having the ability to change say, how long my hair can be, thigh/calf size, butt size, facial structure, and etc. Is there something like that can be implemented? Especially for Veira and Horothgar seeing they don't have the other standard hairstyles that can be unlocked, or an equivalent style.

There seems to be an increasing bot problem. Is there anything we as players can do to help get rid of them and are you finding a solution to more effectively eliminate them?

For armor that is put into the glam dresser and armoire, would it be possible for those items when put on to a glam plate become unrestricted and be able to be glammed on to any class.
