    I think in the interest of balance, albeit bland seeming, the guild marks should probably be converted into gil. The exchange rate probably closer to something like 5 gil per mark (or 10) (or in line with whatever the going rate is for leves).

    UNLESS:
    It will be possible for new players to obtain guild marks.

    I fully expect that if they re-open the guild mark store on new principles, issuance of guild marks by leves and guild tasks will resume.
