You're also forgetting there are people who plan days off, etc around launch days and may be trying to finish Stormblood content (there were plenty of people in the Novice/Returning channel in that boat). They're DIGITAL codes.. it shouldn't take literally 2 days to generate them.. #YoureWrongStopIt

I haven't forgotten about those that do. But I don't feel sorry for them really.
I have experienced launches that had the game down for most of the time during 1-2 days due to server crashes, hotfixes etc.
I've read posts about people threatening to sue because they took days off and can't play on launchday.
Seen this happen on many MMOs several times over.
Honestly, I think it should be common knowledge and expected during launches, that everything can't be perfect.

i looked up my key at the square enix store... login and then go to my orders and there you click the shb order and can find your code... if you have digitial like me that is ( and bought it at the SE store)

Just got mine as well. It seems like another batch was released since several came in a burst.

FWIW, I had my preorder code with plenty of time and wasn't waiting on any CE bonuses or anything, so the timing didn't much affect me. It does seem clear that SE is putting people off with their delivery times, and that Amazon/Steam does it more cleanly. This is my first new FF expansion, and while there have been a few issues they have seemed pretty minor compared to other games I've played.

Yeah, I think so aswell.
Compared to other released I've experienced, this is pretty minor.

All in all it has been a good release (so far).
No crashes, personally anyway.
No lag issues.
No server delays (not counting login queues as delays).
