    It is fixed. If you are in a party all party members will be put in the same instance now. They have learned from the past.

    Me and my party member were stuck in different instances and not anywhere near aetherite when we realized it... so not really fixed.

    Were both of you already in the zone before you create the party? It doesn't automatically put you together in the same instance when the party is formed, only when you're travelling together to a new zones. If you join the party when you're already in the zone, you may need to switch instances.
