I made a joke that I was going to make a Macro saying Protect is gone and put it where Protect used to me. And not just for them, but me too. Because I keep trying to cast it too.

Got Titan Hard as AST with a party of sprouts. It was nightmare.

All of them can't move out of AOE fast enough, and they'd lose more than half of their health with each Weight of The Land.

Everyone was using their 50 artifact gears, and they are squishy.

At least half of the party spent most of their time on the floor, including my co-healer.

Both tanks were using lvl 45 NQ weapon. Everytime Titan flip the table, their HP dropped to 30%. Obviously, no defensive cooldown and yes, both tanks stood together in front of Titan, fighting for aggro.

Lucid and Lightspeed were constantly on cooldown and I was always low on mana.

Finally cleared it in third attempt. Went out as quickly as I could, after reminding them to upgrade their gears, especially the tanks.

i felt sorry for the healer that was in Gimme Dark this morning with me. I was running MCH and was still trying to figure out what to do with my fingers now that half my buttons are gone. So, I derped into a couple AOEs and got cooked twice. I wasn't the only one. The entire party was like "Oops...still figuring this out...sry" We made it through with no wipes. And I gladly commed the healer.

PS: The 2 second queue was nice. Felt like a tank.

After a day of leveling, I finally got DNC to 70 and started the ShB MSQ (loving it, btw—I’m hooked and it’s kind of hard to stop because the story is good even in the beginning). I get to the first dungeon, and it’s going...okay...in the beginning. Minus one thing: our healer.

A SCH with all healers to level 70/71, and they do nothing but spam Physick on the tank. No Adlo. No Excog. Just Physick. To the point that they are running out of mana. And the tank was doing fairly small pulls since they were also new.

Anyways, we get to the second boss, and there is an infamous stack marker present. The stack lands on the SCH. The rest of the party is already stacked in the center of the arena, but the SCH runs away from us and stands directly south. Needless to say, they ate it solo and died. The tank said that that was a shared mechanic, and the healer responded as such (transcribed directly from the chat log):

Tank: That’s a stack marker
Healer: yup
Healer: and i stand in the corner
Healer: as always
Tank: Why would you go to a corner?
Healer: cause i’m a healer?
Me: You should probably just come to where the other 3 people are...
Tank: Come to the party so that you don’t die
Healer: standing near the tank I might as well be the tank
Healer: well
Healer: stacking is normal now
Me: But you ran away from the party... You dying there was your own fault tbh.
Tank: Seeing as how none of us could get to you in time, it would probably be safer to just come near the tank next time.
Healer: oh well leave
Healer: i’m not bothering you i heal
Me: Who said anything about leaving?
Healer: well you’re the one who’s saying things
Healer: like that
Me: what are you even going on about dude
Healer: don’t be saying nothing. i have a healing aoe and if i’m In a certain area than why do i have to run to the tank?
Healer: i’m not breaking up “your” style but whatever you pull it’s up to you
Me: It’s usually NOT a smart thing to run AWAY from the party with a stack marker. The rest of us were stacked and you ran away. How is that our fault?
Tank: bring the stack to the boss’s rear. You aren’t getting cleaved.
Healer: didn’t i just tell you i’m standing in a certain area?
Tank: No? You didn’t say anything until I called you out
Me: Your “certain area” should be with the party. Not in Narnia.
Tank: Anyways, let’s just pull and get this over with.

They were silent the rest of the run, but we wiped on the last boss twice because they died to things. They also refused to do anything outside of Physick spam, and I noticed that they were refusing to heal me. The only healing I got was from my own Second Winds/Curing Waltzes and Eos’ pitiful Embrace. On the third pull when they died again, me, the tank, and the other DPS (BRD) trio’d it until the BRD died to low health (because BRD squish). I Dance Partner’d the tank and used Curing Waltz on CD to help with as much healing as I could, and we duo’d the boss down from about 30%.



Sorry, I know the transcription is long but I wanted to catch everything that healer said. Because it’s honestly just unbelievable to me. Definitely won’t be a run I forget any time soon...and not for a good reason...

Had fun roulettes earlier for xp and the 90-100% healer-in-need bonuses. Had a lot of fun when leveling gave Sastasha, which went fast with two Dancers and Dark Knight. Only I almost let the tank die hitting the Cure 2 button. Oops. Very fun run, though. I asked which Dancer would become the Dancing Queen, and without a pause a reply came back, "The one that doesn't look like the Village People." At the end with the boss dying insanely fast and at 15% I did an emote dance and typed, "*I'm* the Dancer, now!" LoL responses.

People seem much more laid back during expansion early access.

Just got out of a blind Titania. Wow. I know a made mistakes, and one part I'm still not sure the best placement for, but we got past a couple of wipes and powered through. I know people who do the hardest content won't find normal Titania anything at all, but for a group of (mostly) first-timers in a pug it was an experience.

No I dont think people read patch notes. That said I dont even think most of the healers that are left checked the patch notes cause they got over excited from the insta queues.

Since healer queues are instant... and I am in no rush to do the new MSQ nor get GNB to 70 so I can level all of my tanks to 80, I decided to hop on my 60 AST (all of my healers are 60).

I did five DR runs in a row, only one stressed me out.

It was Sirensong Sea and the group was WAR, SAM, and DNC.

After the scripted pulls, the tank decided to pull big. I am fine with that, np.

It turned out to be a problem. The WAR only knew two cooldowns: Rampart and Holmgang. Didn't use any other cooldowns. Also, no infuriate, no steel cyclones (I know it doesn't heal anymore), and no fell cleaves for damage. Nada, just basic rotations where the WAR kept dropping Storm's buff. The WAR died on one pull because I goofed on my having my card and DPS crossbar up. So I blamed me on that. DPS had no problem with it. War decided to just pull big again... no cooldowns.

My rotation was just spamming BeneficII and just Regening the tank. Boss fights were the only places where I can use the rest of my toolkit. It's pretty bad when I can't even get Earthly Star on the ground because the tank is allergic to cooldowns.

Yeah, that healer deserves a vote-kick, and if the kick doesn't go through, then everyone leaving. It may sound harsh, but we need to stop carrying people who act like this, or they just won't get it
