I'm super nervous too about changing. I've been a Hume/Hyur since FFXI, and back then I was so used to Humans (coming from Ragnarok Online), I was used to them, so I just made a character that I understood back then - myself. So shes looked like me for a while now throughout 2 games. But! I always pic a more fantasy character in other mmos, so why not here? Like some have said, I don't think I found the right "fit" for me yet, so maybe this is it? It feels like a better option than any others I've looked at (for me personally). Hope it goes ok later today! (With glasses again too, but we can't see that yet obviously)

I dunno how you guys can change races so much. I’ve been a midlander for years...I can’t change now! :P But anyways, I hope you enjoy the Viera

Right.. I have been a cat even back from my ff11 days.. But me and the hub changed our mains to Au'Ra early this year.. it felt weird at first and almost feels like you are playing the game brand new.
I might consider changing maybe later in the future or depends on how much the new race appeal to me.
I still miss my cat when i see someone in town running around that looked like her.

I can't even change my alt from miqo'te to viera, because I used up all my free fantasias, and wasted a couple ones I paid for on her.
