What people are saying is that the NN is governed by the players—particularly the mentors that are supposed to be mentoring in it. So the GMs will probably tell you something similar should they answer this thread, but they generally don’t answer question threads on here.

There are no special rules on what may or may not be talked about in the Novice Network. As far as SE is concerned the same rules apply there as in any random linkshell or FC chat.
