I think enmity will be a non-issue altogether.
DPS/healers will probably never steal aggro anymore and the only thing that will be needed are tank swaps.

TBF giving the quite few times I saw DPS go from full health to dead in those dungeons from AoE mechanics it seems that SE solved the aggro problem by putting in automatic dumps at certain points.
Will AOE moves like Flash, Overpower, and Unleash still generate additional enmity?

The tooltips no longer include additional enmity generation. Also, Flash is gone. Instead, Total Eclipse is Lv10. So it'll just generate enmity based on damage × tank stance bonus.

There is additional enmity on the single-target pull action but not on the AoEs. I was worried about this too, but it won't be an issue if they've increased the enmity on tank stance enough.
We should consider that the stat rebalancing (matching accessories on tanks and DPS) and potency changes could affect this too.
I was concerned enough to quickly look at a video of a dungeon being done from the media tour and noticed that the tank AoEs held enmity so much that there was a fraction of the enmity on the other three party members in comparison.

aggro is pretty much a none issue
the boost from the new tanks stance is pretty ridiculous
24 mans fighting for aggro is gonna be so fun

If tank stance is anything like 200% bonus threat generation that shouldn't be an issue at all.
Especially considering they seem to have bumped tank dps quite a bit
100% would probably require the tank to be very actively doing their dps rotation properly otherwise high dps jobs could steal the aggro. However, with Lucid dream and melee personal tools, that shouldn't be an issue in the slightest
There is a chance the enmity buff was not tuned properly to compensate for tanks who do low dps due to lack of skill. That said, we can be 100% sure that if this turns out to be the case, SE will just increase it like they did with enmity on skills at start of SB.

Considering that the enmity boost on AoE skills - Without Tank stance - currently easily surpasses DPS going completely ham for several seconds.
It's quite likely that if they've simply turned the enmity boost that is currently on AoE skills into what is on the new Stance that enmity will be a complete non-issue.

Diversion could possibly be built in to all dps and healer jobs as a trait but not actually mentioned. Or that Tank stance now gives a ridiculous amount of enmity to where it is damn near impossible for you to rip threat off a tank who is in tank stance.
