Well actually... that kinda is sexism. Because there aren't really any "gender norms" both males and females are more on a spectrum between Feminine and Masculine defined behaviour and appearance... as males can be effeminate and females can be muscular/ portray masculine values.

Also the FF12 version of Viera was a product of its time... and gives an impression that can be argued as being sexist - but i don't think this is the place for that particular debate.
