    I like how we all like to call Viera as being strong and fierce when the majority won't play them as such and would play them like dainty waifus anyways. Lingerie racial gear doesn't really sell fierce/tough either.

    Not to mention such descriptions aren't necessarily race specific.

    I'm sure we can all agree the likes of Sadu and Y'stola are anything but weak and dainty despite their races.

    Hmmm...

    There's a term for that kind of thinking. First word is a four letter word that begins with 'sl' and the second word is 'shaming'...

    Not a good path of thinking to be going down.

    People will play their Viera all sorts of ways. I'd not draw too many conclusions out of the glamour they then choose


    I would like to see Hrothgar females. I think it's more important for the game than Viera males. As far as conceptual representation is concerned male Viera is just another human with funny ears.

    But Hrothgar is actually only the second race this game has had.

    And in that light... that this game actually only has two races: humans with ear/tail options and a furry... having one of the ONLY two races in FFXIV be gender locked is bad.
