It seems like forever & a day for May 24th & June 28 to get here.

I'm looking forward to the LIVE LETTER for the Battle Maintenance information among other things.

I believe the Stormblood's LIVE LETTER was almost 4 hours.

It would have been great for SE to split the ShB Battle Maintenance LIVE LETTER into 2 parts. Part 1 could have been this Friday (10TH) & the Part 2 on the 24th...just a thought.

Someone brought up a suggestion from one of the twitch streamers, regarding those who have pre-order ShB. The suggestion was to get the bonus of unlocking DANCER & GUNBREAKER several weeks before ShB officially comes out on July 2. I thought it was a good suggestion. We will have to take both jobs through Stormblood dungeons & what not to leveled up to 70 anyway.

Just a thot! I hate dry spells...lol

Just play something else while you wait. They didn't add Samurai and Red Mage before the early access, no reason they will do it now with Dancer and Gunbreaker.

I remember the dry spell from HW to SB being just as bad although this one feels worse for some reason. Little content released, little info or updates and people telling you to go play/do something else or do old content like you haven't been playing for the last 4 years. Even the popular Youtubers I follow seem to be having a hard time finding topics for content.

And that's not saying I don't have a life either...I work 9 hours a day, train in Muay Thai, I'm part of a car club, I go see my family on the weekends, I have a GF...But my relaxing time is sitting down and enjoying this game that I've invested a lot of time into. And when there's nothing in the game that sort of excites me anymore, it just kind of leaves this empty feeling. It's hard to explain. lol. There aren't many other games that hold my interest like FFXIV.

On top of that, the benchmark was pushed back. I could see it being released a week before the Live Letter to renew some kind of excitement. I'm honestly surprised SE hasn't put out SOMETHING to keep players excited about the upcoming expansion. We've gotten this far with the Live Letter coming in two weeks but I completely agree with you. This has been brutal.

Trust me, I have been playing alot of back logged games...starting with RAIDEN V DIRECTOR'S CUT on PS4.

Just the lack of info...sucks! lol.

Splitting up that 4 hours LIVE LETTER into 2 parts, different dates would have been a good way just to spread out info.

Play other games to pass the time. I just got re-introduced to ESO and I've been having a lot of fun playing with a friend. If anyone is currently bored I would definitely suggest giving ESO a look. Warframe isn't bad either, though I tend to play that in spurts.
