Ended sb, someone forgot his key? (spoil)

So

i finally ended sb

and i dont like 80% of the story, only the last part started to become entertaining and intriguing.

But this ending is trashy.

I loved how HW was ended, complet, full, with a "to be continued" somehow

but there, wanted to know who forget his key.
"open the gate!! i forgot the key!"

So i see 2 thing about this voice from another dimension

or people will awake and we restart again new adventur like befor, (we are use to be now, like the end of arr and how it is solve in hw -_-) and would be disapointing

or we will get something interesting.

For what i know, i think there will be a kind of hera terra fusion at the end of the journey, every time ascien speak about the world's fate, as Garland says to Zidane in memoria.

Shadowbringer mean we will fight for darkness to balance the power it seems

and Hydelyn will show her true nature of fake god, like the elder in soul reaver. Btw you noticed that we didnt hear her at all since long ago.

Still the end is just crappy.

I hope the map and story of shadwobringer will be more something than the copy of asia, and common narrativ of fight for freedom and so on, we got in sb

i wont say better for me, sb is bad wrote in many aspect, but some stuff save it, like the last part which was the most interesting from whole extension.

where for hw (excpeting uldah part) i just have nothing to say, everything was good. i dont have a character to blame or a story part to say it is bad.

I strongly disagree. I think HW was much better handled. ARR was pretty hit and miss for me, but ARR also never had anything I hated as much as amnesiac Tsuyu, so I'm tempted to let ARR edge out over SB. Gaius, despite his 'angry atheist' rant in the Praetorium, was a more compelling villain than Zenos as well.

Though SE still has a shot to make Zenos interesting I suppose.

So the Royal Menagerie is the end of the 4.0 msq, which is what came out with Stormblood launch.

Every major patch (4.1, 4.2 etc) comes with more of the main story to do. These patch storylines tend to follow up the leveling story of the expansion and, in the later ones, start setting up the plot of the next one. In 3.4 and 3.5 for example they were building up towards the Stormblood story. Now we're building up toward Shadowbringers.
