Only issue i have with their maintenance is the times they decide to do it.

For a 4 hour downtime, why in the world start at 10pm pacific (or that one week we started at 8...)? With regionally located servers, you cant figure out how to do a 2-6am maint in each region individually that impacts a significantly smaller portion of your playerbase?

Because the servers are global, it's run by one company. Not one company Maki g it and several running it in their respective regions (like China and Korean versions are.)

Content goes live at the same time to preserve fairness to everyone, same as bug fixes.
