Scholar's level 80 ability + Titania can it be a possibility ?

Not sure if this was discussed before - if so apologies.

But as a SCH main, a guildmate and myself, were wondering what people thought of the idea of transforming into an avatar state of Titania and doing a massive heal or something of the sort. Similar to SMN Bahamut. We would just sprout the wings of Titania.




Since Titania is of the fae to some extent "Pixie."
Just thought it would be interesting.

Just something to consider...maybe.

Scholar surely could get some love from SE, as a main SCH it feels like SE forgot we exist.

It would be nice but having hope for abilitys always gets crushed in expansions as summoners and black mages are well aware.. when it cones 2 any disc of magic job chances are we will get only buff version of current abilitys while dis of war get new attacks again. Tbh their personal hate for magic users shows big time

Joking aside, would be an interesting idea. I am kind of curious what they plan on doing for class balance and the like for the xpac (though for me its about DRK). Would be nice though to see SCH get something interesting like Summoner's do.

If our summon fairy icons at least got changed to look like actual fairies I would be so happy. Yes I know smn still has the carbuncle icons too but at least they can actually have carbuncle skins on their egi, so it still works with their class. Sch only has fairies.

I can't say for sure. I mean the Pixies can be entirely non-related to SCHs and their faeries. But they could also intertwine their lore as well. If for some reason it is, then I would love some kind of an ability like that. It's not SCH that necessarily needs love so much as Lily does.

I have to say though, I really don't want to fight Titania. She's so pretty. I will need to be reminded I am a Scion with a sworn duty.

Fairies are aetherial constructs that are bound to our soul crystal, similar to a Carbuncle but with a bit more sentience.

Pixies are flesh and bone beings and Titania is their Primal. There may be some connection but who knows? Also, Yoshi said Titania isn't necessarily evil--I interpret that as: we may fight her but she might be sort of a Ramuh figure. Ramuh was a primal that acknowledged primals are threats to Eorzea and tested you.

They also raised questions about Lakshmi in SB's fanfest, and it turned out she was an antagonist but thought she was doing good from her perspective. Could be something like that too. Though I don't necessarily expect it to play out the same as Ramuh or Lakshmi, I think it was more just Yoshi commenting on how Titania doesn't look like a typical evil primal and saying the reason we fight her will be addressed in the story.

Gotta remember that Ramuh was gonna go on a killing spree on all of mankind if the Warrior of Light didn't have something to get Ramuh to even consider negotiating. Without the Lightning Crystal, Ramuh would have just used Judgement Bolt on the WoL and Scions after finishing his speech on the "darkness in the hearts of mankind."

He was a "the greater good" kind of Primal.
