    Was just talking about this the other day after we killed the support NM. Even the people inside agreed the helpers should get at least some fragments or something as an incentive.

    Adding my support for upping the rewards for support NM's.

    Without those players people in the BA absolutely couldn't do the bosses. They need to be properly rewarded.

    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    True. Still though there isn't any obligation for those on the outside to do so. I had no problems assisting with it when I was going through Hydatos but I didn't feel obligated to help those in BA. It gave decent exp and 10 crystals when I was high enough. That was enough incentive for me at the time.

    The name of the support fate is "The Baldesion Arsenal: Expedition Support" and it pops along the very southern center of the map in the water.

    The Ovni one will not spawn when people are in the BA instance. When you're in Hydatos next time look at the list of people in the instance. If you see a whole bunch of names with purple crossed swords in front of their names then they are all in BA. This means Ovni won't be popping.

    Cant wait to see players become even more salty, when they will realize that with Ozma RMT runs, they are basically working for free so that some other people can make a bunch of real money XD
