Lower the player # requirement for Rival Wings.

They need to lower the player requirement to make the Duty Finder pop but I think 24 people is too few for Rival Wings to start with. I would suggest 32.

Better yet, delete Astrologos

No need to delete stuff. They need to give the map a makeover like what they did to Borderland Ruins (Secure). Reduced the size of the map and made balance changes to it.
