Griefing is easy to do while learning Blue Magic skills. Blue Mage is a job that can be blocked off by nefarious players.
As a result of this, SE needs to make a stronger policy on griefing in the overworld.

Wut? What griefing?
Level 70's 1 shotting the mobs the blue mages are trying to learn skills from.
That's a thing...
Nvm, of course that's a thing, because online games and whatnot. -__-
Personally, I'd consider that "harmful to gameplay", which is something you can report players over.
Current policy on griefing already covers this. If someone is killing mobs in this way to grief other players, report them. Enough reports will get GM's attention.
And this is a non-issue in the long run. After players get their abilities and move on, areas will be less crowded and people will stop bothering.
Guys, stop trying to ruin BLU! The job wouldn't "feel like Blue Mage" if other players couldn't prevent you from learning your abilities!
The problem is proving intent. Unless they specifically say they're killing the mobs to grief, they could easily just tell a GM that they were farming materials.
This is also something that will die out over time. Give it a few days; the spoil sports won't be wasting their time doing this.
