That's okay - it has no point. If a Lala and a Roe can wear the same Mogstation, tomestone, dungeon, raid, etc. glamours, then there is no valid reason why a Miqo'te couldn't wear the Elezen starting shoes. Or vice versa. Most races (excepting Lala, Highlander male and Roe male) share the same body and equipment models anyways so there aren't even any technical restrictions in most cases.
Adapting glamours from one gender to another does require new assets so that's one restriction that makes perfect sense, but class and race restrictions are arbitrary and in most cases unjustified.
