Here's my PC specs, just enough to make FFXIV run below average.

Case: Some cheap "Sentey" one
CPU: AMD Phenom 2 x3 @ 3.0 GHZ (OC)
Mobo: MSI 890GXM-G65 (MS-7642)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws F3-10666CL7D 1333 Mhz @ 1.5v
GPU: ATI Radeon HD 4650 (RV730)
Soundcard: Creative Soundblaster X-Fi Titanium (Pci-E)
HD: WDC WD3200AAJS-22L7A0 ATA Device (298 GB, IDE)
OPTICAL: Some LG DVD-R/RW
PSU: Some 600w one
Monitor: LG W2043 (Analog) [20" LCD]
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

The game runs fine at mid-low graphics, but I definitively need to get a better GPU :/
The rest is just OK.

HD: 2 x 128gb SSD by Crucial (C300 series), 2TB Western Digital Caviar Black

Monitor: 2 x Samsung LED 23 inch PX2370 and 1 Samsung LCD 23 inch (I forgot the model #)
3D: I don't have 3D monitors but I do have on my big screen. Looking forward for the 3D later on.
Headset: just a regular logitech headset
Mouse: Logitech G700 Wireless mouse
OS: Windows 7 Professional 64Bit
Keyboard: Logitech G15 (it's a an old one). I also have the Logitech G13 gameboard as well.

The settings I run FFXIV are:

16x AA
Ambient Occlusion : Turned off
Texture: settings are both high
Shadows: high

Under Nvidia control panel setttings on the advanced settings:

3-way alternate frame rendering is enabled
Triple buffering
V-sync is on since it's has so much screen tearing when I moved the camera around.

I also run 2D surround by the way but not 3D since my monitors are not capable of doing that. Looking forward later on though!
