Yet the complaint about the ARR and HW relics was how it was done. Hmm I can't think of any changes that I'd want that might actually happen.

    trusts available in eureka
logos available in pagos/anemos (those 2 things should make pagos doable once it does get dropped by the community)

the hope that the hangups the devs had about blue mage were overemphasized and they have the data/feedback to balance blu and begin bringing it toward full job status by 6.0
    a relic for blue mage

I find this to be one of the most frustrating things about the dev team right now. They said they were going to keep updating it and give it a UI but we haven't heard anything since it came out. They even Introduced that guy at the last live letter as the man in charge of the system but didn't say anything more.

There are so many things I've thought that I'd love to see in this game, I will definitely forget some, but here we go.

    Character creation updates

Make it so all hairstyles can be tried on when creating your character, but the ones that are only unlockable in-game cannot be selected. Same thing on the aesthetician, until you have unlocked them. Once they are unlocked on your character, it unlocks them in the creator for that specific character as well, allowing you to select them for retainers and with fantasia use.

Someone else suggested battle voice (the grunts/shouts you do during battle) previews in character creator as well, which I am all for. I'd love it if you could preview your character walking/running too.

The ability to 'flip' asymmetrical hairstyles so parts/bangs/ponytails/etc are on the other side.

    Housing updates

Ishgard housing as instanced housing. I'm hoping for this SO MUCH. Everyone could have a house. PLEASE. You could even add it to the Doman enclave as something that could be purchased after you complete the questline there for those who don't want to live in Ishgard. You don't have to remove the wards, just... add this too.

House sharing with alts. Ideally, I'd like to see a system where all characters on a given world share the house (not as tenants) with one designated as the 'owner' (by default, whichever character bought the house). If you wanted to transfer the 'owner' character to a different server, you could transfer 'owner' status to an alt, much like you would with a FC.

Allow access to crossbreeding gardens and company workshops outside of housing.

The resident caretaker should hold your items indefinitely, or for a much longer period, rather than deleting them after 30 days when your house is auto-demolished.

    Eureka updates

Allow chocobos and/or trust NPCs into the instance when 5.0 goes live, so players can enter solo or in small groups and still make progress even if the zone is empty.

Elemental level sync for parties. I'd like this one in 4.5 tbh; it's sorely needed.

    Glamour updates

Give us more glamour plates. Ten per job was mentioned briefly at Fan Fest. I hope that was a plan and not a flippant remark.

Let us apply glamour plates everywhere. We'll all be doing MSQ and leveling up again in 5.0, and getting new pieces of gear will be frustrating if you have to go back to a city and reapply your plate every time.

More space in the glamour dresser, or just rework the system in general so glamour pieces don't take up storage slots.

A glamour dresser for our houses. Please.

The ability to 'flip' asymmetrical outfits so that the side flap/toolbag/whatever is on the other side.

Attaching specific hairstyles to glamour plates so that switching your outfit also changes your hairstyle.

    Other

Inn rooms in the Gold Saucer. I think this makes a lot of sense, as it's kind of a resort type place, and it would be way more convenient for armoire/dresser access for the fashion report in particular.

Allow one FC member to progress company projects without needing three pointless party members hanging out in the workshop.

Let people take a party of trust NPCs into the MSQ roulette dungeons and re-enable cutscene skipping. Include messaging to suggest that players who want to watch cutscenes do their instance with trust NPCs. Adjust roulette rewards accordingly.

Item sharing with alts. The RMT excuse is no longer relevant, considering how easy it is to get around this by forming FCs. And the 'alts are completely separate characters' argument doesn't fly now that they can't own their own houses. Give us a world/account bound item bank and let us treat alts like alts.

Reasons for people to visit/play in old zones

    Current reasons:
    - leveling a new character through MSQ and side quests

    - FATES for seals and achievements (weak reason unless you are leveling a job, looking for a specific minion, doing a relic weapon questline, or the Yokai Watch event returns)

    - Hunts for seals and achievements (weak reason, you were probably already in the zone and though, "Hey, easy kill ranked mob")

    - Nostalgia

    - Catching up on old beast tribe quests

Possible new reasons (share yours, too):
    - Wondrous Tales, Part 2. Doesn't have to share the name or be a sticker book. It's the concept. Yeah you can say "what about weekly challenge logs? Those are fine, but they added Wondrous Tales anyway. Challenge logs let you earn the rewards wherever you want, which is cool. But the goal is to give something for going to old zones. So, like, "Complete 20 FATES in an ARR zone", "Do 20 repeatable quests in a HW zone", etc. Then give something suitable for higher level jobs participating in this new system. Perhaps a new currency or maybe a small bit of whatever the current #2 tomestones are.

    - Repeatable quests in old zones. Yeah, we have leves, but unless you are leveling a job there is little reason to do them. Soooo... add reasons to do them even if you're at cap. Or add new ones for jobs that are at cap. Or add a different repeatable quest giver system for jobs that are at cap. Note this can synergize somewhat with the first idea in this list. Then give something suitable for higher level jobs participating in this modified or new system.

    - Level synch the ranked mob hunts. Yeah I love one or two-shotting ARR hunt targets too. But this would make hunts more engaging and encourage hunting parties/link shells to visit old zones. Like FATES, you would still be synched to hit harder than when you are a true low level character, but not enough to solo the ranked mobs.

    - Scavenger hunts. Yeah, a weekly(?) scavenger hunt with a series of clues that take you through old zones. Clues and multi-threaded so not everyone just follows everyone else. Not my favorite idea without some additional work, but still, it is an example of giving people a reason to get into old zones. Might be fun to make it into team races as an extension of the Golden Saucer.

    - DoH/DoL special quest giver. Appears in a new zone each week. Asks for materials (or items made with materials) only available that week in that zone (or set of zones from a particular expansion).

Might post more later, but that's a start.

Imo FFXIV is equal or better in pretty much all categories but this one (which is a pretty cool lol, its why my sub is here XD). I would give highlander eyebrows for this, or thal's balls.

If people want their little neighborhoods that's fine but I strongly believe SE could do some crazy fun stuff when A. allowing everyone a place (meaning they're now designing content everyone can use, and expect from FC too) and B. the unchained nature of an instance for yourself vs must be shared (like being able to position at any point or scale objects, because it might make really neat (or silly) looking things).

Perhaps C. they can encourage content spin because more people are using housing (in game economy/content pusher) and therefore also probably a cash shop pusher (more people buying those $too.expensive cherry trees for example lol).

I'm sure it's something not easily possible with their current framework, which is why we haven't seen it... but we know it's not impossible (in concept) because we've seen other games pull it off.

Being able to change the size of appartments into bigger ones (which was confirmed being worked on). And if that succeed without problems, that to be the first step into true instanced housing. Even if we got positives changes about the actual housing, i still see new players being worried that they will never be able to get a house, which increase the chances of them quickly quitting the game.

    Ishgardian housing under the snow.

Being able to disable battle auras if we want to. I understand that some like them, but this yellow warrior whirldwind is really hypnotizing me to the point that sometimes i dont even look anymore at what is going on around me. Plus it is hiding my fashion, and i dont see the point of having them when they are up 99% of the time.

Battlecraft leves to be back. Yes i know, dont seems like it will be the case.

Rogue class to be subdivised into two different jobs like arcanist, to have a more medieval thief dot poison user added to the game. Yes i know SE dont want to get into this mess of sub jobs again. But still, i really liked the rogue at first, and later didn't like all the ninja changes to the point that i did up this class 70 by using only low level rogue skills (by doing solo content, it would be very impolite to annoy a high level group by purposely not using mudras).

To have the incoming two other jobs and/or the changes to older jobs finally gets me into wanting to actively play a tank, healer and melee dps, instead of letting them taking the dust once max lvl. So far seems like i have an affinity with ranged dps jobs only.

Even if i know that Eureka is not liked on this forum, more content with a very large number of players. Because we are supposed to be on a massively multiplayer online game. If you think that chaining 4 players donjons and 8 players bosses from the security of a town hub is fit to be the only content of a mmo, i really wonder how you would classified some very known battle royale games who gather constantly 100 players at once in the same zone. Are they super-mmos ? Mega-mmos ? Giga-mmos ?

And the mogstation to continue to have too big mounts, with too much graphics effects and making too much noise (i like to see the scenery from afar while listening to the map music when flying). And to have even more fashion sets who dont fit my tastes, and who are not customized to fit all races correctly (like miqo'te tails going through the tissue). Like that, i will continue to not be tempted to burn my money into it at all XD

Developing on that, allow all Mog Station attire to be equipped by both genders.

It's that long unending debate, but it really should happen.

    Horn Shape

Instead of having horns be shaped a certain way depending on which face you picked it should be an option like how the Elezen and Lalafell have the ear shape tab in the character creator.

    Actual hair physics

    If it’s possible.
