Encyclopaedia Eorzea Vol2 - NA Store shipments

I prepaid for my copy last month and I could swear they were supposed to ship on the 24th. Given that was in the middle of the holiday/Black Friday, I figured it'd be delayed until Monday/Tuesday. Has anyone received shipment confirmation of their encyclopaedia Eorzea Vol 2 yet from the NA Store?

Did I get the ship date wrong?
Edit: Double-checked and yeah the Release Date says Nov 24th, 2018.

id give them till at least thu since even if theyre in the process of shipping it may take a bit for the system to update

I contacted support and apparently there were delays with the manufacturing, and therefore shipping. They're still hopeful for shipment before the end of November

Cool thanks for the update! Wonder why they didn't email affected customers to let them know.

because the time itd take to make sure only those affected by the delay get the email would take far longer than it would to get the delayed orders out

I was told the same thing manufacturing delays, hope to ship by end of the month. I'm still waiting for my FFXIV the best soundtrack due to manufacturing delays :-/

I got an email from the SE store about 30min ago that they were preparing to ship the Encyclopedia soon--maybe even tomorrow, if I'm understanding them right.
