First Christmas in many years without any snow and like +5 degrees outside. Now I can experience it in-game too ;-;

Here in south-eastern Australia, we've had the coldest start to summer in about fifty years.

Now it sounds like both an intercontinental issue and also an inter-dimensional issue.

LOL, I was sure "Winter's Knell" and "Winter Is Not Coming" had to be a pop culture reference to Game Of Thrones.

On a serious note, the Starlight Celebration is my favorite holiday event. As long as there is music and snow, I will be happy.

I mean... eventually, winter has to come... right?

Mid-December and still no snow although we usually get the first snow of the year in November

These newspaper reports are so ZzzZZzzZZz, most of the lore they make up for them is so boring it just puts me to sleep. Just tell us about the event and what items we get for crying out loud lol.

They got very short time to make this, consider they need to rush thing to give 1.20 on time. I don't expect much of this event.

Maybe some of us like the lore behind the game. It fleshes the backdrop of Eorzea out and makes it feel like a living world.
