[patch1.20] NO GC Seals to rank up!!!

I do like the XI system better for ranking up, it's no more extra work and it's awarded for doing the actual content separately from your spendable points.

I agree with you on this one Jennestia. Like'd.
I don't see why it couldn't be based on how many GC Leves , and quests for that GC.

This feedback won't change in any upcoming patches, so time to grind out 1k more seals before the patch.
