Oh no. I thought the grind was going to end now that I was nearing level cap.

I don't mind having minions and stuff in content as incentive, but I agree that it shouldn't be a serious grind just so you can get a haircut or minion. If it's a mount, then that's fine. And stuff like emotes and hair shouldn't be rare or difficult to get. I miss when they just added those things to the game and didn't make you jump through hoops for them. Now they've got to cram them into PvP or hunts or RNG boxes to try and lure people into bad content.
Compared to being swamped with nothing but minions back in Anemos, it's nice to have a degree of difficulty at getting them in Pagos. SE probably need to fix the droprate of Cassie at some point though
Yep, feel the same. I get low drop rates, but it's a bit to far.
I don't mind low/abysmal drop rate for some stuffs. I mean if everything was easy to get, it would be really boring.Idk who designed this thing. Literally farming 3 days for only 1 emote. Opened +100 of the cold-warped lockboxes. NOTHING.
I had to buy cassie minion because guess what? I can't get gold bunny chests and i tried to spawn cassie the other day for 5 HOURS. It finally did and gave me absolutely NOTHING.
Yes, this is a hate post. You guys can make a player hate the content because of abysmal RNG system you have.
Change it. Because right now, in all of Eureka players, only like %1-2 of them have the emote, maybe even less. I only saw cassie minion on mb 2 times.
Change this thing. Thank you.
I'd rather have thoses gated by difficult content than pure RNG, but I don't mind.
They could also go the FFXI route for some items. One version drop from pure grind/farm/camping and the other one randomly from specific hard content.
But, what I do mind, is low drop rewards gated by uninspired/bad content. I wouldn't mind farming something to get a minion/emote/glamour I really like, IF the content I have to farm is fun. Rigth now, grinding in Eureka isn't, at all.
If the fight were more engaging, if you had less button to push overall, if you were able to play and chat sometimes/afk bio, without breaking the chain, it would be ok. As of now, it's not.

For me it was much easier just to make the gil than try and grind out instances for specific minions I was missing for all the MB minions. Yes, the new one is still over-priced on my server, but you might be able to get someone to farm it for you then trade it?
The developers do look at the forums, if people are complaining enough about it I'm sure it's not too hard to up the drop rate of those items ever so slightly.
At the same time though, there are still people farming Anemos and we are 5 months in. So I think over-time if you watch the market you might have a better chance.

I have about 400 Pagos Lockboxes and 25 Cold-warped Lockboxes. I have not opened a single one so far.
I don't want to risk doing something stupid (uninstall the game for example).
Yeah, this is how far it came with me in that Game. I'm afraid of opening Boxes. Sounds stupid right?
But that's the reason why I wrote I probably would uninstall the game if I see more of those Fireworks and Poitions.
I literally hate the RNG in that game.
I've never seen anything drop from Bosses. Belt, minion, cards, nothing.
So I decided to not open the boxes and continue playing the Game.
Considering that, at the moment, people think that the shiver emote is perfectly fine priced at 53-55 million on my server, and other problems with the rest of the prime Pagos loot, I kinda think SE needs to tweak their rng ideas a little bit...
at least up triple triad card drop rates. I have done Snow Queen fate i don't know how many times but I never get a card. meanwhile most of my friends are like oh look another one that's like 5 now? arghggh
If your friends are sitting on a lot of them, then the drop rate is fine, that's just bad rng.
