PSA/ALERT: Houses are getting demolished when they shouldn't. SE needs to see this!

When he teleported, there was "Estate Hall - Private, Estate Hall - Free Company, Shared Estate, Shared Estate"

The Shared estates are the ones that were listed as auto demo beginning soon, and also, he said he didnt get a notification that the timer was resetting, which would make sense, as his house wasn't on the list to be demo'd.

I see now where you're seeing four houses but one is an FC estate and the private house is listed as being in Shirogane, which is the one he went to and posted a picture of the placard of. We don't know why it says shared estate, but again. the timer ended when he entered the house. As it should have.

Just renewing - I wasn't aware my sub had gotten so low so I got another 30 days when I logged in and it notified me.

You didn't pay attention to the gif. Beginning of video. The two estates have timers. He goes to HIS OWN ESTATE, goes inside. Opens timer and now only 1 is on timer.

Could be pure coincidence. He should ask if the friend of his 2nd shared estate entered his house that day.

They are labeled shared estate 1, and shared estate 2. His personal house shouldn't be shared estate 2.

Anyone have a screenshot of the demo with their personal house so we can compare?

That may be part of the bug.

The owner would have had to have entered their house in the 30 seconds it took for him to visit HIS OWN estate .

It's absolutely not coincidence because he did not go to the plot that is listed as a shared estate in his teleport list. The shared Shirogane estate is Plot 3, Ward 8. The placard picture he posted is the same yard and that plot is Plot 16, Ward 4.

The Lodestone post may not show a shared estate. It doesn't matter. He didn't go to the shared estate in his teleport list.

His friend must have entered their estate as he was teleporting. Only explanation.

It doesn't matter which house he teleported to, his wasn't set for demo.

He did not go to the shared estate plot. He went to the listed private plot. Oh my lord. Look past the fact that it said "shared estate" in the demo timer.

I have seen the Lodestone post. I am saying the Lodestone may not model what a shared private plot looks like when it is being demo'd, just a plot that has nobody sharing it.

Again, that may be part of the bug. That being it thinks it is a tenant issue. You're relying on the owner of the house who had an 8 day timer to have been on at the same time and went to their house in the 30 seconds it took for Aida to see two houses on a timer and teleport in and now only have 1 house on the timer.

His house wasn't being demolished. Look past the timer disappearing. He didn't show the timer before he entered the house after teleporting either, so who knows.
