I feel it's time for more housing wards again

While I'm not against new wards, my server still has well over hundred smalls left and a few mediums. Even an occasional large opens up, which is how I got mine.

I know it won't happen, but I wouldn't mind a redistribution of housing sizes. We have so many empty smalls and I know some people who would like to move to something a bit bigger. All the open small plots makes certain area feel empty (especially the Goblet).

Part of the problem is the outdoor furnishing slots. They would need to not only redesign the landscape of the wards to make room for bigger plots, but there would need to be far less plots to stay within the furniture limit.

They DID do something about those players who didn't break any of the old rules that were in place for 3yrs:

* Players possessing housing above this limit prior to patch 4.2 will not be affected by this change.
* It is possible to relocate estate halls to empty plots.

I've spent hundreds....yes hundreds of hours leveling up amd ranking up, and crafting and savings and hunting with my other main characters last yr to buy them personal houses, and it would be evil as hell to take what I worked for because of a salty player not wanting to put in the same work and effort, and especially Patience to get their dream plot, especially when there are hundreds and hundreds of empty smalls and some mediums available for all. It took me months of camping out city aetherytes to aquire my large. Every single hour, on the hour , I was there. I didn't bot. I didn't cheat. I went to the placcard of EVERY single open plot to check it out. In four months last yr, I saw 60+ smalls, 25meds, 7 larges. I saw someone else there next to me on about 5 of those spawns. While I was house hunting and calling out plot info to LS, FC members, every other player was raiding, or goofing off, or on forums complaining about there "not being any open houses".

What is the problem buying a small plot? That is how most people start off when they made the relocating system, now you can upgrade to bigger one when you see one but still have a plot!

Exactly. Amen. I hear people complaining almost daily in game and on forums. People have gotten spoiled, and turn their noses up to a goblet small as their first house. They often forget that this is their FIRST house, not their LAST house. When I started this game, Jan 2017, there were only three housing zones, and a total of 2160 plots. We would run our butts off to buy ANY gob small on our server. Now that there are 4320 plots total per server, a lot of players are upset that their favorite, shiro med/large isn't available to them. They need to suck it up, and be patient, it'll come eventually. Just like raiding, the best gear (houses) don't come to you overnight. It takes months and months to get the NICE stuff.

VERY good point. SE needs to make gob as desirable as the others . I actually LOVE the goblet, but I can understand why some people don't prefer it . I know it's the desert, but it needs more greenery, more color, more water, more.... Life.

What is the wrong with the Goblet? I think people are being way overreactive to how "bad" the Goblet is. It really isn't that bad, some areas are very beautiful, especially since the swimming updates in 4.2 made the Brimming Heart amazing.
