tbf the only mobile game they've done a decent job with is DFFOO. But maybe I am biased so idk.Sadly that battle died the day this abomination was released to the world
If you say so.
Yes it sucked, yet had a nice story to it as well -.-; I pay for the value it gave me of course some taste do vary by player.Sadly that battle died the day this abomination was released to the world
Just don't eat the base item, problem solved.
Those two articles have very different things to say about whales as people and players but the definition seems to be consistent. Interesting stories.
Oh, yes, I definitely love the ginko and maple. The yard of my house is decorated with a scattered selection of features, including assorted trees, to try and give it a "natural but overgrown" look. A cherry tree added towards the back would visually balance with the maple and ginko at the front. That and one of my FC mates hates the cherry trees so I'd love to occasionally, without warning, fill the FC house front yard with them. XD
Would say mobius is decent too, but probably in the same boat of bias, but hey this august they'll start the FFX event which is canon, I wonder what NEW and EXCITING story awaits Tidus, I hope they can give us some delicious memes
yeah, the definition is a bit varied but you are correct in the concept being the same. Those two articles have very different things to say about whales as people and players but the definition seems to be consistent. Interesting stories.

As for the latter half. I am sort of aiming for the same but I don't actively pursue the decorating since I procrastinate a lot with regards to it. If I did have those trees and had a way to get them to you I would. Seems you have a similar taste in bullying people at times /brofist.
Dude, garnet at 9 PM PST in DFFOO... #withdrawalsymptoms
If you say so.
Being new does not entitle you to collect all the past items you've missed from previous years. It's perfectly fair to not have an item if you weren't playing at that time.also it is not fair to newer players who did not get the chance to "stock up" on the limited event item. I know quite a few that stock up tons of these things and puts them on some alt's retainer encase they need them in the future because that is better then needing to pay 5 dollars or w/e for 5 of them or something, like the cherry trees.
WITH THAT SAID
I am a total fan of fluff items, and so get how it goes wanting items you've missed. In my perfect world, they would have followed the way XI did - bring back the old costumes from past years for purchase from NPCs. They still do this (although I don't believe with all limited items, just the "main" costume), and it's nice.
Personally speaking, old event items are the only item I have no issue with being in the cash shop in XIV (aside from account items, world transfer, fantasia, name change). Obviously the cash shop is here to stay, and at least with old event items, they were available via in-game methods at least once.
This is not a solution for players who like to decorate Free Company houses with this type of "consumable" item. If there was a toggle to turn off the ability to use the food item, it wouldn't be that big of a deal. I've repeatedly asked FC members not to use decorative food items, but they keep doing it anyways. There is no way to tell who keeps using the items. As a result, I only place cheap, easy to obtain food items as decorations in the house. Once a food item has been used, it can no longer be stored. It's a shame I can't use event food items in the house.
