I have a question, how about the house with only 1 floor used , i sealed the 2nd floor and basement for a medium house
Also, my account is EU region and my main character is In NA server, can i still join this event?
I think it's the same, 'cause Idle camera take all the gpose set up (like lights, effects, etc.)
For example in idle camera (as well as in gpose) all your windows emits sunbeams, like it is always daytime.
You are right, but the rules doens't mention the Idle camera feature, (where group pose is clearly forbidden instead)
Can we have an official clarification about the use o idle camera (hope that Zhexos is still reading)?
Anyway i saw many entries in the contest that used zoomed out/in or angled point of views that would be "difficult" to reach without group pose or idle camera... Are they gonna reject all these entries?
It would be quite controversial to enter in such arguments... It not like using group pose o idle camera to zoom a little leave any kind of track or metadata etc..
I am not suggesting of cheating, but i would like to understand the meaning of such a rule. Maybe they only want us to not use fancy filter or effect that group pose offer.

You don't really need group pose or even /icam to achieve those shots. First-person mode and a stepladder (or heck, just a table or bookcase) work fine in most cases.
