I just wish they would unlock all the facial hairs and hairstyles for all faces and heads of all races.

I think they're just trying to give each race their own unique cultural identifiers. Sure someone could adopt another culture's hairstyle, but it wouldn't be as prominent for that race as it would be for the original race.

No.
You can download it from the Nexus website but you'll need FFXIV TextTools so you can replace some skin textures.
It looks like the mod is for Male Roes only though (I could of sworn there was one for all male characters)... >x>()

Oooo, didn't think about eyebrows. Having large bushy eyebrows for any race would be awesome.

It would be heavenly if I didn't have to waste my facepaint slot on givin my boy thick eyebrows ;-;

That's what I thought. Just in case though: to any devs reading this, I am not and do not advocate the use of mods in this game.
