This gives me no hope for getting tickets for the EU fanfest. Nor my friend from Finland that I'd love to meet.

White Mage ~ Scholar ~ PaladinBoi if you got kicked for the same thing in over 20 duties I strongly suggest you think hard on whatever the hell it is you're doing
As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
I am disappointed in SE and the FFXIV team for this. Got into the queue as soon as it started, the very second the clock struck 12pm PDT. Waited in queue for 20+ minutes, and got to the page to enter my access code. I do, and it tells me there is one ticket available for purchase (not the 4 they said would be reserved for us), I go to purchase hoping I can at least go to fanfest. Gives me an error saying that the 1 ticket(s) cant be reserved and shunts me to the Sold out page for the remainder of my 15 minute 'reservation' window.
Honestly my hopes were utterly crushed, this was going to be my first ever fanfest.. and the dream is gone like that *snaps fingers*
I hope we get a statement from SE or Yoshi-P, but I should know better. They'll just go on with their lives and count their money. *sigh*
yes, this system is a joke. This is very very disappointing. My access code didn't even arrive on time. Called in tech support and they simply told me "that kinda email issue happens". I finally got my access code over the phone around 12:30 but it's all too late.
As being an active player for more than 4 years and this is how I get treated. Feel so betrayed. This is unfair.
Mr Yoshida & DEVs,
Please give us another chance. We would appreciate additional ticket sales for those who couldn't purchase the ticket today.
As fast as they sold out you would think it was SDCC
Maybe I'll have better luck in 2 years if they actually have a reasonably sized venue
Just remember something last fanfest took a few hours to sell out and that was at smaller venue. Something seems strange that a bigger venue sells out in 20 minutes.
And just for SE information this needs to be in a convention center like in LA or Orlando. A place that has room for more people.
It's time to bring it to the East Coast. The West Coast favoritism is getting old.Just remember something last fanfest took a few hours to sell out and that was at smaller venue. Something seems strange that a bigger venue sells out in 20 minutes.

This isn't funny anymore

Atlanta or New York both have plenty of giant venues that can handle conventions with a hundred thousand people. Look to NYCC and Dragon*Con to see how it's done.
Heck, move it to San Diego and SDCC since they also know their stuff.
Sigh... I'd been to both previous ones. Was planning on making this one too. My weeks already been crap, thanks for making it worse SE.
