I just quit this game over and over...then come back hoping that a open world pvp is created just Like wow (yes i said it) witch is a 90's game and still is on top of rpgmmo list because is competitive...something that ff14 is not!! After hoy have conpleted pve end game content...it just get boring dead!!! And the queque pvp is Eternal!!! Pliz pliz pliz make a open world pvp!! It will be a lot le fun!! And many people from wow will come to play forever ff14!!

This is the only thing this game needs...because pve, grafics, ect are great!!

Id be alright with certain worlds being pvp like wow, but shouldn't be forced on everyone, even in wow ow pvp got butchered because ganking became a problem. Plus we have two skill sets because spells are unbalanced with pve and pvp how would that work

Did you write this in the style of a 'typical' PVP'er OP? Is that the joke?
Anyway, two things: WoW started in 2004 (not the 90s) and nobody in their right mind would leave the just-about-passable WoW PVP for the literal dumpster fire that is FFXIV PVP.

Other than that – I agree with your sentiment: I would love it if PVP was something that I could do in FFXIV but I feel that the game just isn't designed for it, the GCD being the biggest setback imo.

People who beg for open world pvp, in my experience, only want to run around killing low levels all day.

If you can't win a fight without attacking lower levels or ganking, no open world for you.

The only realistic "Open world PVP" I can see SE ever implementing is to let you request duels outside of the wolves den pier but probably not even that due to "server limitations" or "coding issues".

Anything else is just asking for problems with people questing or gathering.

And a "Open world PVP" zone, might as well just be a new frontline game mode.

Yeah... I joined an open world PVP server when I played TERA years ago. I'd purposefully glamour my character in low level armor so some gankers looking for an easy kill got captured by my chain pull and slaughtered with my axe.
