Well Tinks, since you're relatively new or so I assume by your 7 posts, there was a HUGE uproar about the design of the Ifrit weapons. So this has less QQ and apparently people want the Pug weaps to go PEW PEW, but w/e.

go back and look at every single weapon from every 3d FF title and tell me they are korean style.
oh, and since when did the koreans gain copy right to a specific style of weapon anyway?

i think most of the ifrit weapons look spot on for this game and i cant wait for the other primal weapons. Garudas weapons look amazing so far.

The Only weapons that makes sense is the Sword, Great Axe and the Rod. Maybe the Staff and Lance can get away with the function/fun part but really LOLed the Mog Knuckles and Bow. It's H-I-L-A-RIOUS and not taking the weapons seriously. The Knuckles precisely, I like it that the moogle wings stick out on the sides but design doesn't fit the function. Shiny steal moogle heads on the end of my fist, ofcourse! Plush dolls, no thanks! Not in real battle anyway.

The whole point of weapons is to make them look dangerous not cute and cuddly (feels like a moogle gimmick). We want rewards from the "Good Moogle King..." W/E battle. If we wanted toys, open a line of new merchandise for your SE Store!

Heh I can agree that it'll be hard to be taken seriously with these weapons. But for all those whining about their looks I can bet that you'll be eagerly spamming this battle to get them all. Then you'll be standing around Ul'dah or some other city with weapon drawn and flaunting it off.
